Return Policy:

At Lucky Bear Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

1. Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be eligible for return.

4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Procedure:

3. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Enclose a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation with the return shipment.
4. Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team, using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package if desired.
5. Return Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund or exchange and notify you via email.
